Operations Analyst

W2 4+ month contract with potential to extend and convert FTE

4 days onsite in Marietta GA


We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team in an enterprise retail setting. The ideal candidate will leverage data analysis to identify trends and enhance our operational processes. You will be responsible for reviewing incoming emails related to our intake process, extracting valuable insights, and recommending improvements to streamline operations.


Operations Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Analyze email communications and extract key trends and patterns relevant to operational processes.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate current intake processes and propose actionable strategies for enhancement based on data findings.
  • Trend Identification: Monitor and report on trends in email content, volume, and recipient engagement to inform decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their needs and ensure effective communication throughout the process.
  • Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track the effectiveness of changes and ongoing performance metrics.
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of processes, findings, and recommendations to ensure transparency and facilitate training.
  • Continuous Improvement: Advocate for a process-minded culture by promoting best practices and methodologies for efficiency.


Operations Analyst Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or a related role, preferably within the retail sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear insights.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions.


The hourly pay rate range for this position is $30 to $35 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
