About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with customers and prospects to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Regions Bank's products and services, including loan and deposit options
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive financial solutions to customers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide customers with the latest financial solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance or business
  • Life insurance license or other relevant certifications
  • 1+ year of experience in a banking or financial services role
