About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer-specific marketing programs and campaigns that drive business results and build brand equity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer-specific marketing programs and campaigns that drive business results and build brand equity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer development, to identify and prioritize marketing opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Manage and execute marketing budgets and resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
