About the Role

COTY US LLC is seeking a highly skilled Customer Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing account-specific sales activations that drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of account-specific sales activations that maximize brand growth.
  • Partner closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and representation of the customer strategic voice within marketing and the brand strategic voice within sales.
  • Manage interactions with cross-functional teams, including Field Sales, Forecasting, Marketing, Creative, and Display.
  • Develop and implement account promotional strategies that align with national brand strategy.
  • Lead display creative briefs and manage the execution of displays and shopper marketing programs.
  • Ensure all retailer-specific programs have approval from our brand teams.
  • Track and improve innovation and promotional activity of accounts.
  • Manage go-to-market calendars, schedules, and 360 marketing campaign plans for major launches.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years' experience in customer marketing, trade marketing, sales, or a relevant field
  • Experience working with retailers such as Walmart, Target, Ulta, etc.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
