About the Role

As a Branch Director at Elara Caring, you will play a vital role in leading our team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care to our patients. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring that we continue to provide high-quality care to our patients in their preferred home setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Organize and direct the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all patient care programs are implemented and overseen to achieve clinical and administrative outcomes.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the branch, ensuring that we are operating within budget and making sound financial decisions.
  • Staff Management: Ensure that adequate staffing levels are maintained at branch locations to meet patient needs, and that all staff are properly trained and equipped to provide high-quality care.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and timely, and that we are in compliance with all relevant regulations, including Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party reimbursement regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree in healthcare or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in supervisory or administrative home health or related program is required. 2+ years of home health experience is preferred.
  • Licensure: Current state license as required by state or federal guidance is required.
  • Skills: Advanced clinical skills, advanced functional business and management skills, including time management, human and financial resources, managing budgets, etc. Proficiency with computer and technology programs, including MS Office Suite, Homecare Homebase, and Workday. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Competitive Compensation: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year.
