Job Overview:

The Manager of Nursing Professional Development at Intermountain Health is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of professional development programs for nurses. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, current RN license, and leadership experience in nursing. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of clinical nursing experience and two years of leadership/management experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement professional development programs
- Collaborate with directors and managers to assess staff performance
- Develop and revise clinical policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- At least three years of clinical nursing experience
- At least two years of leadership/management experience

Estimated Salary:
$83-$123 per hour depending on experience
