Job Title: Service Supervisor

As a Service Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the prime physical condition of our communities and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and administer the Service Department, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee the service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities and adhere to environmental and OSHA regulations.
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to residents, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Enforce adherence to environmental and OSHA regulation policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Prepare and submit statistical reports and budgets, providing insights into departmental performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Delegate work orders, schedule turns, and order supplies as needed, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing downtime.
Requirements:
  • At least three years' experience in residential maintenance in a supervisory role.
  • EPA certification (Type 2 or Universal).
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance, and carpentry.
  • Spanish speaking skills are a plus, but not required (must be able to communicate in English).
  • Ability to work some weekends as required.
  • A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, passing of a criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen are required.
  • Position is on-site.
