Job Summary:

A medical assistant plays a vital role in the Rural Health Clinic and/or Specialty Services, supporting providers in delivering exceptional patient care. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will perform a variety of clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding patient experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assist healthcare providers with patient exams, procedures, and treatments
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
• Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, billing, and insurance claims
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns

Requirements:

• CMA, CCMA, RMA, LPN, or equivalent training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
