We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Jerrys Ford Leesburg Express Service. As a Service Advisor, you will work with customers to provide exceptional automotive maintenance services, with a focus on tire sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greets customers and ensures vehicle inspections are completed thoroughly and accurately.
  • Communicates the results of the inspection process with the customer.
  • Supports and motivates the Service Technician Staff.

Requirements:

  • Strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Time management skills.
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage a team of certified technicians.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma required. College degree or coursework a plus.

Language Skills:

English.

Work Environment:

Work in a state of the art retail tire and auto service environment.
