Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of dedicated clinicians. As an RBT at Lighthouse, you will have the opportunity to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, collaborating closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized therapy plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism, utilizing your expertise to create a supportive and engaging environment.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement individualized therapy plans, ensuring each child receives the best possible care.
  • Apply your creativity and advanced techniques in our play-based and naturalistic therapy environment, guiding children's progress in educational and social settings.
  • Document and track each child's development, contributing to their customized therapy programs.

Requirements:
  • Lifting/Carrying more than 50 lbs.
  • Able to sustain impact to body (i.e., being hit, etc.) in any area.
  • Running, crouching, squatting, and ability to kneel for sustained periods of time.
  • Bending at the waist to touch knees and/or toes.
  • Full range of motion of hands and arms.
  • Sitting on the floor and chair for long periods of time.
  • Ability to move quickly from standing to seated, or kneeling position, without support.
  • Communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and written.
