Job Description

TRAC Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled and result-driven Behavioral Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis and experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement behavioral interventions.
  • Provide training and supervision to technicians and other staff members.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral interventions and treatment plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BCBA certification.
  • Experience working in a clinical or therapeutic setting.
  • Knowledge of autism-specific treatment approaches.
