  • Establish strong therapeutic relationships with clients, using various modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and family-tailored treatment plans.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, daily notes, and confidentiality, adhering to state and federal regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate effectively with teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensure in the state of Indiana.
  • Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in mental health services.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
  • Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills, creating individualized treatment plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, conveying complex concepts.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and empathy to establish rapport and trust with diverse clients and families.
