Key Responsibilities• Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals and optimize profitability.
• Oversee and develop existing accounts, pinpointing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Establish and nurture strong connections with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client accounts.
• Conduct regular business assessments with clients to evaluate performance, address issues, and discover areas for enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to address client needs and foster business growth.
• Analyze market trends, competitor actions, and consumer preferences to uncover growth and innovation opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and insights to internal teams.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and best practices in sales and account management.
Qualifications
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally within the CPG sector.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and establishing strong client relationships.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities, with the capacity to influence key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, employing a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
