LPN Clinical Supervisor for Private Duty Division

We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our home health and private duty division as a Clinical Supervisor. The ideal candidate will oversee the clinical operations of our skilled and nonskilled agencies, ensuring exceptional patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Hire, train, and evaluate private duty nurses and caregivers.
Schedule and coordinate staff to meet patient needs efficiently.
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Conduct regular assessments to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Ensure all clinical practices adhere to established medical guidelines and standards.
Requirements:
LPN with an active state license.
Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience in a home healthcare or private duty setting.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
