Job Summary

The Lead Dentist will provide day-to-day supervision of clinical staff and general oversight of patient care within the dental clinic. This role requires a strong leader who can foster a cooperative work environment and effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide clinical supervision to dental assistants and hygienists
* Develop and implement dental policies and procedures
* Collaborate with the CEO, COO, and CFO to meet dental goals and objectives
* Maintain patient appointment schedules and provide a full range of general dental services

Requirements

* DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
* State Controlled Substance certificate and DEA
* Current CPR/AED certification
* Valid California driver's license and proof of auto insurance
* Minimum of three years professional experience preferred
