Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate long-term financial strategies for Real Estate through detailed modeling
- Evaluate strategic real estate initiatives to inform investment choices
- Perform retrospective analyses and create performance dashboards for new locations
- Analyze market competition and deliver insights to guide decision-making
- Engage with leaders across various departments and business units
- Effectively present data and insights to stakeholders at all organizational levels
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance with demonstrated success
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative abilities
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines
- Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the retail or e-commerce sector
- Master's Degree in Business Administration
Compensation Range:
