Reporting to the Director of Holiday Operations, your primary responsibilities will include:
Leading and nurturing a high-performing team Managing and driving the performance of all team members Facilitating onboarding and ongoing training for staff Maintaining a consistent focus on delivering memorable guest experiences Building a cohesive team that meets the needs of the operation Performing additional duties as required QualificationsFlexibility for varied shifts, including weekends and peak periods Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and POS systems Proven track record in talent development and management Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest experience Additional Information
