Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our Product Readiness team, supporting global Product Managers in delivering against the product roadmap.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize and communicate complex information effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate the launch and growth of the Visa Direct product across various workstreams, including Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, Operations, Implementation, Client Service, and Product.
  • Develop and maintain processes and toolsets to support new features as they go to market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive complex projects to completion.
  • Communicate effectively with business leaders on technology-related issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process and tool improvement.

**Requirements**

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Master's, MBA, JD, MD) or 2+ years with a PhD.
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management and Agile tools, such as JIRA.
  • Experience in payments or a related field is preferred.
