About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the Confluence Mobile team at Atlassian. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for advancing our mission to unleash the potential in every team.

Confluence is a powerful collaboration tool that enables knowledge workers to create, collaborate, and connect their team's knowledge in one place. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product roadmap for our mobile apps, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new features and products.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and launching innovative mobile applications or features in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for conducting customer research, market research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

You will also be responsible for gathering and analyzing user feedback through various channels to inform product decisions and improve user experience. Additionally, you will lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a strong understanding of mobile technologies, UX/UI principles, and agile development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for our mobile apps
  • Conduct customer research, market research, and competitive analysis
  • Gather and analyze user feedback
  • Lead the product development lifecycle
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure product performance
  • Regularly conduct A/B testing and other experiments

Requirements:

  • 5 years of product management experience, ideally at a fast-growing software company
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize opportunities and balance the needs of our Enterprise customers with those of our business
  • Experience building and launching successful Mobile (iOS and Android) apps and features
  • Strong understanding of mobile technologies, UX/UI principles, and agile development methodologies
