As an Electrical Automation Specialist at Cytiva, you will be part of a global team that pioneers the future of science and medicine. You will work on developing automation solutions for production systems, collaborating with software engineering teams to align with the overall automation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of electrical automation systems, from specification to industrialization and transfer to manufacturing.
  • Design and implement electrical control systems, ensuring compliance with global standards.
  • Partner with internal and external vendors to define validation protocols and testing regimes.
  • Support troubleshooting and maintenance of newly developed and launched products.
  • Prepare documentation of products and systems, including procedures, documentation, and reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or a relevant field. Master's Degree preferred.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in electrical design, control systems, and automation.
  • Expertise in designing pneumatic systems is an asset.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and directives, such as CE, NRTL, LVD, USP, cGMP, and Machinery Directive.
  • Good communication skills and a continuous improvement mentality.
