Job Title: Enterprise Sales Director

This is a high-profile role that requires a seasoned sales professional to manage sales activities for assigned Enterprise-level accounts. The ideal candidate will drive new business revenue while ensuring profitability, collaborate with Client Success and Solutions Partners, and provide accurate sales forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Manage sales activities for assigned Enterprise-level accounts, building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive new business revenue while ensuring profitability, through strategic planning and execution.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Client Success and Solutions Partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.
  • Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, enabling the company to make informed business decisions.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in developing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
  • Reporting: Prepare sales reports and updates, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend improvements to sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Conduct team meetings and assist with strategic planning, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Industry Representation: Attend industry events to promote company products and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 10+ years of Healthcare SaaS sales experience, with previous leadership experience.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, experience with CRM and ERP systems, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling Revenue Cycle and/or PM/EMR products.
