Job Description

As a Marketing Service Assistant, you will be responsible for helping the agent manage social media content, identifying and supporting local community events, and developing leads. You will also be expected to work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, develop and maintain a digital marketing system, and promote the office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage social media content and create engaging posts to attract new customers.
  • Identify and support local community events to increase brand awareness.
  • Develop leads and schedule appointments with potential customers.
  • Market appropriate products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Work with the agent to develop and maintain a digital marketing system to promote the office.

Qualifications

  • Marketing experience is preferred.
  • Able to make presentations to potential customers.
  • Proficient in social media, website, and email content generation.
  • Self-motivated and people-oriented.
  • Creative in problem-solving and goal achievement.
  • Excellent in collaborative communication with team members and customers.
