ManTech International Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) Specialist to join our team in Fort Meade, MD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user interface requirements and design innovative user experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategic vision for user interface designs, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications.
  • Ensure that design concepts are aligned with user needs and mission outcomes, and conduct user research, usability testing, and other user-centered design activities.
  • Create and maintain design guidelines, templates, and style guides, and work with developers to ensure that design concepts are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  • Supervise and mentor subordinate project and ICON Innovation Collaborative (IIC) staff.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline.
  • 5 years of position-specific relevant experience.
  • Experience in UI/UX design, product design, and/or enterprise application fields or relevant customer-facing job roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.
  • Proven experience in user research, usability testing, and design thinking.
  • Strong visual design skills with a focus on clean, modern design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Relevant industry certifications desirable.
Clearance Requirements:
  • Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
