Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to align decisions with organizational goals and values.
  • Formulate and communicate sales strategies and objectives to the team, consistently monitoring store performance to achieve targets.
  • Manage productivity by holding the management team accountable for their contributions and personal performance.
  • Implement and oversee a client engagement strategy to meet business objectives in collaboration with the Store Manager.
  • Stay informed about market trends that may impact business performance and support the execution of relevant sales strategies.
  • Promote a positive work environment by embodying Tapestry's values and ensuring all team members adhere to established expectations.
  • Act as a brand representative in the community to foster loyalty and drive business initiatives.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, collaborating with management as necessary.
  • Develop the team to cultivate long-term customer relationships that enhance business success.
  • Demonstrate initiative and accountability for both personal and team outcomes.
  • Work closely with management to prioritize business needs and ensure operational tasks are completed efficiently.

Operational Excellence:

  • Adhere to all retail policies and procedures, including operational and sales protocols.
  • Utilize Tapestry's tools and technology to enhance service and operational effectiveness.
  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding top talent, working with management to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Oversee daily operational tasks in accordance with Tapestry standards, including sales expectations, payroll, and loss prevention.
  • Exhibit strong business acumen by forecasting and planning in collaboration with the Store Manager.
  • Maintain the aesthetic and safety standards of the store in coordination with corporate guidelines.

Qualifications:
  • 1 to 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office and retail management systems.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively.
  • Physical capability to navigate the sales floor and manage inventory.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends.
