IT Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Auditor to join our team at Galaxy Technologies. As a key member of our Audit department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc audits to identify areas for improvement and provide project and program support in the IT field.
- Assist the department in application audits and data analysis to ensure effective implementation of agreed-upon measures.
- Monitor the effective implementation of internal control systems and provide guidance to departments.
- Develop and maintain IT audit approaches and methods to ensure continuous improvement.
- Perform special tasks within the department as required.
- A degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in IT at a financial services company and/or IT audit experience at an auditing firm or financial services company.
- Interest in new technologies and digital transformation processes.
- Certifications such as CIA, CISA, or a willingness to obtain them.
- Analytical thinking skills, teamwork, flexibility, and reliability.
- An independent and structured work style.
