Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct risk assessments and monitoring to identify potential compliance issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to business partners on regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to respond to regulatory requests and findings.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging regulatory issues and trends.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including but not limited to: Reg. Z, Reg. X, FCRA/Reg. V, and Flood.
  • Experience in loan servicing, credit reporting/disputes, and auto originations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
