Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to provide administrative support to our Market President. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare presentations, documents, and other materials as needed
  • Perform general administrative functions, including typing, copying, organizing, ordering, and filing
  • Coordinate executive schedules and make appointments
  • Arrange travel and reservations
  • Schedule meetings, programs, and events
  • Create and maintain presentations, spreadsheets, databases, and other documents
  • Attend meetings and record notes as needed
  • Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond independently when appropriate
  • Compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
