Job Title: Behavior Technician/RBT

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Behavior Technicians to join our team at the Autism Behavioral Institute. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized treatment and intervention strategies for children with autism and related disorders using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Provide direct intervention and therapy services to children with autism and related disorders.
  • Teach individuals with special needs various skills needed for optimal achievement, including empathy, emotions, conversation, social skills, communication skills, pragmatic, and self-help skills.
  • Create a fun and motivating environment to generate optimal performance for every client.
  • Collect data on programming targets and provide support to parents, teachers, and caregivers.
Requirements:
  • 40-hour RBT Course or Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT)
  • High School Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's Degree in the Human Service Field with a current RBT Certification
  • Experience working with children with special needs
  • Clean criminal background check
  • Availability afternoons and evenings until 7:30pm weekly
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds
