Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify General Ledger entries across all locations.
  • Examine Balance Sheet Accounts for accuracy.
  • Monitor and follow up on Internal Control Reviews (ICRs).
  • Conduct occasional Internal Control Reviews.
  • Train and assess policies to ensure accurate reconciliations and entries.
  • Evaluate Reconciliations for compliance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. A minimum of two to three (2-3) years of experience in general ledger accounting is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with MS Word and MS Outlook.
  • Experience with J.D. Edwards, SAP, or similar software.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent analytical and reasoning abilities.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Preferred: Experience with Business Objects or similar reporting tools.
