Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, orders, and shipments. Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Receive, store, and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely and efficient manner, meeting customer expectations.
  • Warehouse Operations: Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on inventory and shipments, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer service, and management, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role, with a focus on logistics and customer service.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and navigate a warehouse environment.
