Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing best-in-class service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Administrative Support: Provide various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned.
  • Vehicle Support: Assist with the movement of vehicles within the dealership, including picking up and delivering customer vehicles, and maintaining a clean and organized service drive.
  • Shop Support: Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the shop, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning tools.
  • Parking and Transportation: Assist with organizing customer parking and providing transportation to and from the dealership as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Excellent customer service experience required.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, patience, and a positive attitude are essential. Written and communication skills are also required.
  • Physical Demands: Frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, carrying, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
