Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Care Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Care Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through active listening, empathy, and effective communication
  • Utilize knowledge of our products and services to educate customers and provide solutions to their needs
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other languages as required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 9 months of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
