Job Title: Senior Administrator Enterprise Systems

About the Role:

The Senior Administrator Enterprise Systems is a critical position that requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage and support the company's enterprise systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the systems, identifying and resolving technical issues, and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support enterprise systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, including troubleshooting and debugging
  • Implement new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams and user manuals
  • Provide training and support to end-users on system usage and troubleshooting

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in infrastructure administration, with a focus on enterprise systems
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of hardware, software, and network infrastructure
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with ITIL concepts and Agile delivery values

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry certification(s), such as Saviynt Certified Identity Governance Administrator (SCIGA) or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  • Experience with cloud infrastructures, such as Azure or AWS
  • Knowledge of scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Python

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this role include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or mobile device. Occasional walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping may be required. May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs.
