KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Clinical Case Manager role presents an exceptional opportunity to integrate your creativity, organizational skills, writing, and clinical expertise into a single impactful position. As a Clinical Case Manager at LSS of South Dakota, you will collaborate with the residential team and community partners to formulate treatment and programming plans tailored for youth. The Case Manager will work alongside the team to assess and address the treatment needs of youth and their families. Recognized as a leader within the team, the Clinical Case Manager will provide guidance during complex situations, including emergency safety interventions.

QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field is required, along with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates who are Licensed Social Workers or Social Work Associates through the South Dakota Board of Social Worker Examiners, or those willing to pursue such licensure.

Successful completion of all agency background checks is mandatory. A valid driver's license and the ability to achieve approved driver status are also required.
