About the Role

Sunrise Systems Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Automated Regression Tester to join our team. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for developing and executing automated regression tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop automated test cases using TOSCA to ensure comprehensive coverage of our software applications.
  • Develop and maintain a robust regression test suite to identify and diagnose defects in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to ensure test cases are aligned with business requirements.
  • Develop and execute API test cases to ensure seamless integration with third-party systems.
  • Work closely with the QA team to identify and prioritize testing efforts, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software applications.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our software applications, including business processes and technical architecture.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve testing processes and methodologies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in automated regression testing, with a strong background in TOSCA.
  • Thorough knowledge of automated functional regression testing, data-driven test development techniques, object recognition, and test validation.
  • Ability to transform business requirements into automated test cases.
  • Ability to develop creative solutions to complex testing challenges.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and ability to develop basic queries for database validation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of Dev/Ops concepts and continuous testing.
  • Experience with Medicaid Eligibility, 508 testing, and CMS regulations.
  • Experience working in Agile project methodologies.
  • Knowledge and experience deploying risk-based testing techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with batch testing.
  • Experience developing and executing API test cases.
