Integration with CI/CD Pipelines:

Process Enhancement:

Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements and best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Quality Assurance process.

Experience with Ticketing Systems:

Familiarity with ServiceNOW tool, with integration experience with Leapwork being advantageous.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 12 years in Quality Assurance with a robust focus on automated testing.

At least 5 years of experience utilizing Leapwork.

Experience in modular and microservices environments.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in automated testing tools, particularly Leapwork.

Proficient in UI testing, API testing, and SQL for data validation.

CI/CD Proficiency:

Experience in authoring and integrating test cases into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

Leadership Qualities:

Proven ability to lead and mentor a QA team, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.

Analytical Skills:

Exceptional troubleshooting abilities with a focus on conducting thorough root cause analysis.

Proactive Mindset:

Ability to take initiative and drive quality improvements effectively.

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications are a plus.
