Role Overview

At 4 Consulting, Inc., we collaborate with leading consulting firms to design, develop, and maintain complex web-based automation systems that address the social and welfare requirements of families across the nation. To create such intricate web applications, we seek professionals with a diverse skill set, including subject matter experts, software developers, project managers, testers, systems analysts, and more. We are committed to the ongoing training and upskilling of our team members.

Position: Software Quality Assurance Tester (Multiple Openings)

Location: Remote/Nationwide

Contract Duration: Long Term

Key Responsibilities


• Review and assess system specifications


• Collaborate with QA Engineers to devise effective strategies and testing plans


• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and evaluate results


• Analyze product code in accordance with specifications


• Maintain logs to document testing phases and defects


• Report bugs and errors to development teams


• Assist in troubleshooting issues


• Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing


• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.

This position may require travel to various client sites, with expenses covered by the employer. Full-time role, Monday to Friday. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
