Key Responsibilities

  • Transform business test cases into automated test coverage using risk-based testing techniques
  • Develop repeatable fully automated tests using the Tricentis TOSCA tool, ensuring tests operate without manual intervention
  • Provide creative solutions to challenges encountered developing repeatable automation, ensuring test coverage is maintained
  • Rapidly update tests based on changes in the application, ensuring continuous testing
  • Contribute to the build out of lights out automation, enhancing test suite capabilities
  • Create test coverage using risk-based testing techniques, ensuring high levels of test coverage
  • Execute unattended testing and maintain the test environment, ensuring smooth testing operations

Team Goals

  • Fulfill the coverage gap from the previous WORKSOFT test suite to the current TOSCA test suite
  • Maintain the current TOSCA test suite, ensuring test coverage is up-to-date
  • Add new test coverage to support updates to the ELIAS application, ensuring continuous testing
  • Develop additional validations for new and existing tests, ensuring high levels of test coverage
  • Enhance test suite to provide additional capabilities, such as testing against multiple versions of the application

Requirements

  • Experience developing automated test cases using TOSCA
  • Thorough knowledge of automated functional regression testing, data-driven test development techniques, object recognition, test validation, lights out unattended automation, and following framework and guidelines established by the QA Leads
  • Ability to transform business test cases into automated test coverage
  • Ability to develop creative solutions to challenges that arise, developing a repeatable automated test suite
  • Ability to develop basic SQL queries to be used for database validation
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively use third-party tools and system utilities
  • Demonstrated ability of high levels of interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a project team
  • Knowledge of Dev/Ops Concepts and continuous testing
  • Experience with Medicaid Eligibility, 508 testing, and CMS regulations
  • Experience working in an Agile project methodology
  • Knowledge and experience deploying risk-based testing techniques
  • Experience developing and executing API test cases
  • Experience with batch testing
