The Receptionist will warmly welcome and guide members, visitors, and staff as they arrive at the facility. This role is essential in assisting members with inquiries regarding gym operations and policies, while also handling various administrative responsibilities.
This meticulous individual should demonstrate outstanding customer service abilities and possess effective communication skills to interact with both staff and members seamlessly.
A foundational understanding of financial principles, cash handling processes, and proficiency in computer operations is necessary.
All Receptionists are expected to contribute to the overall cleanliness of the facility on a daily basis, in addition to engaging in community outreach and promotional activities.
Current CPR Certification is mandatory.
