Nurse Leadership and Quality Supervisor

Providence Medical Group seeks a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Leadership and Quality Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical staff performance, providing coaching and mentoring, and implementing clinical best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of clinical staff performance, coaching, and mentoring
- Implementation of clinical best practices
- Clinical quality oversight, ensuring state and federal compliance
- Patient care coordination with other healthcare team members
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or an Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- BLS certification upon hire
- State-issued RN license
- Experience managing complex patients or completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
We are also looking for candidates with:
- Experience working in an ambulatory setting
- Demonstrated experience with providing progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development, and evaluation
- Experience providing patient education
