Job Title: Senior Communications Manager

CLEAResult is seeking a highly skilled Senior Communications Manager to join our Corporate Communications team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communications strategies that align with our company's purpose and goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute communications plans that drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and employer brand.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling narratives that showcase our company's purpose and values.
  • Manage external PR and media relations, including agency partnerships.
  • Lead the creation of our annual corporate sustainability report, ensuring it accurately reflects our brand and commitment to a sustainable future.
  • Enhance and promote our employer brand through various channels and campaigns.
  • Write, edit, and manage external communications, including articles, blogs, press releases, and social media.
  • Maintain year-round tracking of ESG KPIs, create reporting dashboards, and respond to requests and questionnaires regarding sustainability actions and policies.
  • Collect and share stories and examples from around the company to inspire internal and external audiences on the impact of our work.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of Corporate Communications experience, internal and external, in medium to large high-growth companies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messages.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage a large workload with tight deadlines.
  • Considerable knowledge of communications trends, best practices, and emerging approaches.
  • Superior organization skills and attention to detail.
  • High energy, sense of urgency, entrepreneurial attitude, and eagerness to learn.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to respond quickly and gracefully to shifting priorities.
  • Extensive skills with Microsoft Office 365, especially SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

We offer a competitive salary range of $87,000 to $131,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Sponsorship is not available for this position at this time. Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.
