1. Develop and implement growth strategies for your designated territory, translating them into specific objectives and measurable targets.
2. Continuously refine your business strategy for key accounts and territories to meet sales goals.
3. Maintain an accurate record of the installed base related to the solutions offered, and create a comprehensive plan to engage all assigned accounts, including competitive accounts.
4. Clearly communicate the extensive Philips portfolio, aligning our products, services, and solutions with the unique needs of our customers.
5. Identify customer challenges, actively listen, and address concerns effectively to build trust.
6. Deliver polished presentations that effectively convey the value of Philips offerings, including services and solutions.
7. Navigate the sales process in alignment with the customer’s buying journey, driving engagement and uncovering key customer events.
8. Stay informed about market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to better serve customer needs.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of field sales experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a Master's degree, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred qualifications include a Registered Nurse (RN) designation and experience in Medical Capital Sales.
9. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with customers to create compelling business solutions and exhibit strong closing skills.
10. A results-driven mindset, high energy, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
11. Deep knowledge of Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring product lines and the ability to establish credibility with clinical decision-makers.
12. Strong communication skills to convey the Connected Care Strategy and develop strategies to convert competitive accounts.
13. Understanding of clinical practices and workflow changes, with the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
14. Flexibility to adjust communication styles to suit various audiences and situations.
Additional Information:
Must reside within the designated territory and possess a clean driving record. Overnight travel may be required up to 25% of the time.
