Store Operations Manager

Job Summary:
As a Store Operations Manager at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands, you will oversee the success of your store and team by setting high standards for performance and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to your team to reach Company objectives, increase revenue, and develop their skills.
- Oversee marketing efforts for your location, champion store security and loss prevention, and review transactions to create a growth-oriented environment.
- Lead the charge and set an example for all store employees to identify local marketing strategies, use business-to-business partnership opportunities, and host community events to drive growth and revenue.
- Supervise and maintain office security, including cash management and loss prevention, and verify and document cash overages/shortages, vault, inventory, deposits, and expenses.
- Examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and transactions, and assess risk within established limits.
- Ensure the store is staffed for optimal performance, monitor and maintain store appearance, and address basic facilities needs.
- Work efficiently in a rapidly changing environment and handle multiple challenging tasks to meet individual and team performance standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience and proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, service, or related industries.
- Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
- Valid and current driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday.
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
