Job Description

We are a leading Plastic Surgery Center seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our medical staff in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, medical histories, and medication administration.
  • Prepare patients for surgical procedures, including reviewing medical records and preparing necessary documents.
  • Assist physicians and other medical staff with patient care, including taking medical histories, performing physical exams, and administering medications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a plastic surgery or medical office setting.
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
