Transformative Partnership Opportunities

We are seeking a visionary Director of Partnerships to spearhead our expansion on the West Coast. As the face of our company, you will drive sustainable financial growth through strategic partnerships and effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound/inbound strategy to drive financial growth and partner satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and partner needs.
  • Lead sales operations and arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote our products/services to address or predict clients' objectives.
  • Manage sales records, revenue, and invoices.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality or fitness.
  • Ability to build and execute an inbound and outbound sales process.
  • Self-starter with a proven sales track record.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Hubspot).
  • Market knowledge and communication/negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and manage time effectively.
