Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Position Summary: The role involves conducting research and implementing the organization's extensive models, investigating innovative applications and solutions for technologies related to search, recommendation systems, advertising, content generation, and customer support. The aim is to fulfill the increasing demand for intelligent user interactions and to enhance their lifestyle and communication in the evolving digital landscape.
Main Responsibilities:
- Investigating and advancing large-scale language models while maximizing enterprise applications;
- Constructing data, fine-tuning instructions, aligning preferences, and optimizing models;
- Deploying relevant applications, which include content creation, reasoning, and code generation;
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to responsibly develop and implement large language models;
- Conducting thorough research and exploration of potential future applications.
Qualifications:
- Strong programming skills, with a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms, proficient in C/C++ or Python; candidates with accolades from competitions such as ACM/ICPC, NOI/IOI, Top Coder, or Kaggle are preferred;
- Experience in one or more of the following domains: Natural Language Processing (NLP), ranking algorithms, advertising technologies, search engines, recommendation systems, distributed systems, and machine learning;
- Familiarity with algorithms and technologies related to NLP and computer vision, along with experience in training large-scale models and reinforcement learning algorithms is advantageous;
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing challenges in large-scale model training and application;
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to explore new technologies collaboratively and drive technological advancements.
