Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domain expertise for Master Data Areas, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Accountable for meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and serving as a point of escalation for business-related data issues.
  • Refine and develop procedures in accordance with guidelines from stakeholders and the Data Leader.
  • Support and oversee data cleanup activities, adhering to agreed processes, policies, and guidelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement in monitoring and maintenance of Master data elements.
  • Participate and lead Master data relevant project initiatives or process improvement efforts in partnership with the business.
  • Support business users with functional issues related to master data applications.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • 8+ years of experience in master data process, preferably in Customer master.
  • 5+ years of experience in S4 HANA, SAP MDG.
  • Strong hands-on experience in S4 HANA and MDG.
  • Hands-on experience with data management processes, including mass data tools.
  • Knowledge of key cross-workstream dependencies between different types of data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with thoroughness and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems quickly.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and advanced data tools.
