Job Summary

The Data Entry Clerk is a key member of our team, responsible for accurately and efficiently keying data into our systems to support the processing of received mailings.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet production goals and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Key data into our database with high accuracy and speed
  • Update addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses as needed
  • Flag documents for removal or correction
  • Maintain accurate piece count and report daily to the supervisor
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

This role requires minimal physical activity, with 90% of time spent at a desk and 10% spent on their feet. The ability to walk long distances and lift up to 10lbs is also required.

No travel is expected for this position, and it is an onsite role only.
