Sales Team Lead

We're looking for a skilled Client Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-paced sales team. In this exciting role, you'll develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients, build strong relationships with existing ones, and provide exceptional service to meet their recruitment needs.
You'll work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, pursue warm leads, and conduct outreach efforts to hiring managers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Hunting for new business opportunities with new and existing clients
- Pursuing warm leads shared by the recruiting team
- Conducting cold and warm reach outs to hiring managers via phone, email, LinkedIn, video, and email automation
- Onboarding new clients through initial meetings to contract stages
- Communicating with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Overseeing the full delivery of service to clients (submitting candidates, managing interviews, receiving feedback, offer negotiation & acceptance, etc.)
- Expanding relationships with existing clients through different departments and upselling services
- Meeting weekly activity goals set by the Sales Manager
- Engaging with industry leaders and candidates through social media
- Investing in building personal branding online to attract new business
- Attending local networking events + promoting our brand
In return for your hard work and dedication, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of $$85,000 - $105,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and ancillary perks.
