Job Title: Aerospace Analysis Engineer
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Analysis Engineer to join our team at GKN Aerospace. As an Aerospace Analysis Engineer, you will be responsible for working within cross-discipline teams to develop and implement technical solutions and compliance documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of technical solutions and compliance documentation
- Work within cross-discipline teams to develop and implement technical solutions and compliance documentation
- Support the creation of technical solutions against customer requirements
- Identify and assess technical risk for own work and propose mitigations
- Support or generate test specifications/plans and/or alternate means of compliance
- Develop designs compliant to cost and manufacturing requirements
- Create detailed design definitions of products
- Generate assigned project deliverables, documents, and reports
- Support technical and customer reviews
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- ~3+ years of relevant Aerospace analysis experience in Solid Mechanics Engineering
- ~ Experienced user of Finite Element Method with documented experience in use of software tools ANSYS WorkBench
- ~ Experienced user of Python
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
